Helen W

After living in Miami for 26 years, I recently took an incredible opportunity to move to Virginia, where I’ve spent the last three months embracing the fresh start and beautiful landscapes. I’m an artistic and outgoing person who loves connecting with others and making a difference in people’s lives. I’m proud to be a hardworking individual who goes out of my way to help others, and I find true fulfillment in making a positive impact. Currently, I’m pursuing my yoga degree, which has been a transformative journey, especially as I work through the challenge of a herniated disc. I’ve also been focusing on improving my health, both physically and mentally, and these goals have become an important part of my daily life.

In addition to my love for yoga and meditation, I have a deep passion for photography and horseback riding, which let me express my artistic side and immerse myself in nature. A big nature lover, I feel most at home outdoors, where I can find peace and inspiration. About eight years ago, I started practicing meditation and yoga for stress relief, and over time, it has grown into a much deeper practice. Recently, I’ve also incorporated Floating into my wellness routine, which has brought even more positive changes to my everyday life. Being here in Virginia has only strengthened my appreciation for family, nature, and the journey I’m on to become healthier, stronger, and more grounded.

Jenesys S.

Jenesys is from Queens, NY, and while she’ll always be a New Yorker, she was drawn to Richmond, VA thanks to its diversely artistic identity. You can find Jenesys traveling across the country with her cats or floating around Richmond’s hidden gems.

Jenesys is drawn to the healing properties of nature and bettering herself through its insights. Floating eases her mind and helps her get a goodnight’s sleep. Above all else, it has taught Jenesys how important it is for the mind and body to connect harmoniously as one cannot operate without the other.

Now, Megan helps others discover the same serenity through float therapy. Her holistic approach, rooted in her own experiences, resonates with those seeking balance in a chaotic world.

Megan's life is a testament to the transformative power of holistic practices. With her expertise and genuine care, she guides others on their path to wellness, showing them the beauty of floating toward inner peace.
